every day i am making this version of golden milk:
1 tsp fresh minced/grated ginger
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp turmeric
1 crushed cardamom pod
1 tsp vanilla extract (or whole beans)
0.5 tsp cinnamon (or whole stick)
1.5-2 cups oatmilk
tiny bit black pepper and salt
fry ginger in coconut oil, then pour oatmilk and rest of ingredients in and boil for a little... i don't actually know the right proportion of spices but i find it very negligible as it always ends up tasting pretty good! i would just remember to strain out the cardamom at the end.
also a nice flavor variation for pancakes and oatmeal :o)
