morning routine
- peel self out of bed somehow, preferably before eight
- drink a mug of warm-ish water
- listen to birds outside while boiling water
- add boiled water to tea
- shuffle & draw cards from Yokai Oracle Deck; drink tea while deciphering
- stretching routine while pondering cards for the day
- prayers to Kamidana
- granola + mylk + banana + pb + supplements/meds
- check in with partner about day
- chronic pain/fatigue/anxiety = try not to go back to bed
- go for a nature walk or bike to work
