morning routine

  • peel self out of bed somehow, preferably before eight
  • drink a mug of warm-ish water
  • listen to birds outside while boiling water
  • add boiled water to tea
  • shuffle & draw cards from Yokai Oracle Deck; drink tea while deciphering
  • stretching routine while pondering cards for the day
  • prayers to Kamidana
  • granola + mylk + banana + pb + supplements/meds
  • check in with partner about day
  • chronic pain/fatigue/anxiety = try not to go back to bed
  • go for a nature walk or bike to work
