I got: - Lixiviation: Suzanne Ciani - Let's Go Swimming (remixes): Arthur Russell - A Shadow in Time: William Basinski - Voices From The Lake (Self Titled) It was nice to get CDs from the library again. I felt like a teenager. I typically get Cookbooks since they're so expensive otherwise. Helps me to decide if I want to buy it in the future. jan 4 went to a vintage sale this weekend, and all of the clothes were not my style but of a lot of ladies i wish i knew. the artist type of aunt, the flight attendant outfit, gowns, leather get-ups, lots and lots of hats. i had trouble connecting to people for awhile, but now i feel like i can open up again. it was nice meeting a new friend's old friend. chatting it up. i hate a disappointing coffee shop order these days. a chai that didn't taste like much more than hot water and cinnamon. i'm listening to the audiobook version of "hit parade of tears" by by izumi suzuki (https://www.versobooks.com/products/2664-hit-parade-of-tears) -- i read "terminal boredom" a few years ago and loved it. -- shout out to libby! free audiobooks. another library plug here on special fish.
