(₍🌱₎) ╢⚈⏖◕╟ ❮❝ and so we dance ❞❫ 🅻🅾🅶🅱🅾🅾🅺 ᗧ···ᗣ···ᗣ··· ▓. 24.04.26 · half day of work today. feeling much better, better enough to hit up my little brewery and drink some beer+mead. we are entering the hot season with a bang. huge storm last night. knocked out half the town's power. tennessee williams and totoro cowered under our bed all night. during the storm, i told m. the entire mythology of ninja turtles, making her think i was making it up (i know she knows nothing about it jaja). i could see the neighbours lighting up their cabin with candles and drinking wine. it was one of those scary/cosy storms. our presa (dam) filled up along with all of our rain catchers, so we are less nervous about water. should have enough for a month and we are stepping into wet season anyway. i am working from centro today. i will head over to the brewery for a beer and journaling session in a few moments. maybe some gallery hopping and photowalking after. ▓. 22.04.26 · little sick, little stressed. a bit of wine. it is bed time. ▓. 20.04.26 · early rise to make m. coffee and turn the boiler on for the shower. neighbour below has his sheep and cow out grazing the (very dry) creek bed, which drives our dog, tennessee williams, up the wall. i think he just wants to play with them. water rationing is going well. but we are still hoping for a good storm this week to fill us back up a bit. garden design is coming along slowly, but we aren't too worried. we will have to wait until the wet season near the end of may to really get moving on it. but the compost, it is already looking pretty rich. happy for our new composter. we still have a couple of really busy weeks at work while we work out a new scheduling api with a new client. until then, they are really pushing my team and technicians to our absolute limits. i also have power bi and tons of admin work to get done. trying to just log in and deal with everything as it comes, but still, stress is persistant. i have a bunch of time-for-time logged, so at some point i will get some time off to take the motorcycle somewhere fun. ▓. 19.04.26 · went to a lovely garden workshop + dinner yesterday. maybe over did it on the mezcal a bit, but it was really a great time. today is a little cloudy, so just reading and writing while m. is at work.
